Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR E-BIKES:


boom! MOTO e-Bikes can be returned for free within fifteen (15) days of delivery. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer;
  • be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance;
  • must be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
  • must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, keys, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Customer Service must authorize the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. To begin a return, email support@boommoto.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any selected assembly services, any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.

Refusal of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Defective Product

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you receive a boom! MOTO product that is not functioning properly, please contact our Customer Service Department support@boommoto.com or call 1-833-246-6686 for assistance. Customer Service hours are 8:00am CST – 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation/Changes to your boommoto.com Order

If you would like to make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time you submit your order by completing the form here. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.

boom! MOTO Scooters may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date when they meet the following conditions:


be never ridden, unused, unassembled and free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance;
must be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, hardware, instruction manual, etc.
Customer Service must authorize the return and provide an RMA number for your return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after forty-five (45) days of the delivery date. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. To begin a return, email support@boommoto.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.

Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item, so that it may be tracked. Radio Flyer will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
